My formal education is in communications, therefore my strong suit is in  negotiations as well as dealing with the dynamics that arise from all the different personalities that are involved in the buying / selling process.  Whether it’s working with buyers or sellers, I get the job done for my clients.

ACHIEVEMENTS
I received the Presidents award my first year in Real Estate and have achieved to 100% Club every year since. I have a bachelors degree in Communicatioin from The University of Georgia. 

EXPERIENCE
I have several years of experience in Real Estate along with a vast knowledge of the North Metro Atlanta area.  I work exclusively to help buyers and sellers meet their Real Estate needs. As a Listing agent, my aggressive listing program allows a homeowner to sell their property for maximum value in a minimal amount of time while saving money. As for buyers, I consult with them to find out every characteristic they want in a house then exhaust every avenue in finding my buyers that perfect home. Along with strong negotiating skills and an open line of communication with a focus on education I make the buying process seamless, stress free, and as enjoyable as possible. ABOUT ME                                                                                                 I was born in Augusta, Georgia and raised in Dunwoody, Georgia. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelors degree in Communication. I spent the next six years in highly competitive sales oriented industries where I worked on the basic mechanics of sales and marketing. Since I graduated I’ve lived in Dunwoody, Roswell, and I am proud to call Woodstock GA my home with my lovely wife Cindi and my beautiful daughters Jordan and Amanda.

INTERESTS
First and formost is my Family.  I like to play softball, golf, and spend time watching my Georgia Bulldogs play ball.
